Exactly what I was looking for!

A separate business number, on my personal device. Clients can text me, and dont give out my personal number. Syncs perfectly.

It doesnt work. :(

The idea is great but it doesnt work. I receive the welcome email but did not receive an email verification link so I am unable to use Heywire business messenger. I send message but its not received by other party and vice versa. All of that for nothing? Please help!!

Great idea, makes working with Salesforce easier

I like that I can keep my work contacts and conversations away from my personal stuff, I missed a few important messages because they got mixed in with other txts. And work requires me to use Salesforce and my texts are recorded so I don’t have to remember to update my notes.

Love separating my business messaging!

I text a lot for work. With my customers and my co-workers. This app lets me do that on my office phone number and keeps it all separate from my personal texts! Salesforce integration is AWESOME!

The missing Link

Best new business app around. No more carrying two phones around, business & personal. The product allows me to use my personal phone and isolate my business contacts. Text them w my business # not my personal cell#. ROI has been a Home Run

Text enable your actual business phone number

For any business using text to communicate with their customers (not enough do, btw) this is the app to use. By text-enabling your actual business number your customer has one number to text and call, which ppl are much more used to. I highly recommend.

They dont tell you....

I did use this and thought it was better than other texting apps until they sent me a message after a time and was asking for money for me to continue using it. As a very small business owner I just couldnt do that. Obviously I missed some fine print about the cost somewhere Not thrilled in Denver

The program works great. It allows my small business to have texting to our landline. It would be great if I could download all of the client contacts in our computer but for free I think its really amazing.

Found this through a friends recommendation and has been great to be able to separate work from personal. Works well and UI is intuitive.

Must have business ap

Great business ap. Like not having to carry 2 phones to keep personal & business text separate. Competitive prices.

Recent updates disappointing

When you pay over $300 for a program and it doesnt receive incoming messages until hours after they are sent and it has false notifications its disappointing. Bugs need to be fixed as I rely on this program to contact customers with game times for my business.

Mediocre

I frequently get messages in the Notification Center which dont show up in the app. Support is difficult to access / not existent. However, the concept is great - I dont have to give my actual cell number out to clients, only my office number.

For my customer messaging

Salesforce feature is cool -- stores all messages in my Salesforce database. Send texts to groups

Used to be great.

Was fantastic until the iOS 9 upgrade. Now my contacts wont sync, I cannot view history beyond a month, and the notifications are hit or miss. Seems like they didnt put as much into this upgrade as they did in the prior versions. Very frustrating since weve already spent our $300 for the year on this service. I feel trapped as a business because our customers are now used to texting us but this app is horrible now. Emails go back-and-forth with their developers over two months with no resolution.
