Keeps my business texts and my personal texts separate!

I had HeyWire for years until they became greedy and changed their focus to only business clients. To be honest the ads were annoying yet they never gave an option for paid service. Dont bother downloading as you will become reliant on it and then one day youll get an email saying service is stopping tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and download something else.

Convenient for when it comes to messaging clients. Freezes often and becomes slow at times.

Salesforce feature very helpfjl -- stores all messages in my Salesforce database.

I was quickly able to enable my office phone number to receive texts on my cell phone. Unique app! there is nothing else like this in the app store.

All these reviews are obviously fake. Nobody mentions the $9.99 a month for 8,000 messages a month? Get out of here.

App crashes every time I open it

I was not sure if this was going to work or be easy but it was. The setup was butt simple and now my customers can text my business line. Its great! And free! Get this.

I love using the mac client!

For wireless based businesses, this is no good. You must have a land line to operate, and they charge after 90 days.

Some will receive the text while others will not. It is very frustrating.

Super convenient for desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone. Contacts were captured easily. Professional in appearance.

Our entire staff loves this new business messenger! We had to contact customer service to get app activated through our VOIP phone service and were EXCELLENT and prompt to take care of the issue. We Love HeyWire Business Messenger, works fantastic!!

Very nice app so you can have texts sent to your business or home phone number and not have to give out your cell number. Works great on cell, iPad & VOIP phones.
